I am sharing with you the food program that will guide those who want to balance their bites.
This eating plan, called the 5-4-3-2-1 diet, is pretty easy to follow!
In your 3 meals a day: Breakfast, lunch and dinner:
5 bites of protein.
4 bites of vegetables.
3 bites of carbs, prioritize grains.
2 bites of sweet
The point to remember is that your bites should be 1 minute apart.
For example: They recommend snacks between lunch and dinner, I do not recommend this to you!
Definitely remember the time you need to pause between bites. It is one of the key points of the method you have applied.
This method will not work for everyone who is trying to lose their unwanted weight. As long as you don't exceed your daily food limit, a weight loss system by consuming whatever food you want will work for most.
Instead of this method, which is very easy to calculate calories, you can also apply the following similar plan;
1/3 level of Protein
1/4 level of Carbs or Starch consumption
1/4 level Fruit or Vegetable consumption
1/5-1/6 of it is sweet or sugary foods
